Getting started
How it works
There’s no need to create an account or prepare a full inventory. Lay out your equipment so we can see it clearly, and photograph it in groups. We mainly buy complete camera kits, collections and inherited equipment. If we need more information, we’ll ask.
Send photos instead of listing each item
You don’t have to advertise every item separately. Photos help us see which pieces belong together. You’re also welcome to send an existing list, a set of photographs or a link to a shared folder.
An offer for the collection
Please tell us about any known faults or missing parts. We’ll assess the equipment as a whole, then discuss an offer and agree exactly what it includes.
Arrange shipping with us first
Please wait for our agreement before sending any equipment. We’ll confirm the packing requirements, shipping documents and payment arrangements in advance. Free DHL shipping within the EU may be available by agreement.

What do we agree before you send or hand over your equipment?
Before you send or hand over anything, we’ll agree what’s included, the offer, transport and payment. The initial assessment from your photos helps us understand what you have; the sale then follows the terms we agree with you.
What the offer includes
Make clear which cameras, lenses and accessories are included and which items you’re keeping. Let us know about any changes or known faults beforehand.
Shipping and collection
Please arrange shipping with us before sending anything. We’ll agree on packing, shipping costs or possible collection according to the size and location of the equipment. Arrangements for Switzerland are discussed separately.
Payment and any remaining questions
Agree on the payment method and timing in advance. Before dispatch, we should also discuss what happens if the equipment differs from the description, including any return arrangements.

Condition and preparation
Before you pack your equipment
Camera bodies and lenses must not knock against one another in the box. Wrap delicate items individually and fill any empty spaces. A heavy collection may be better split across several parcels. We’ll discuss suitable shipping arrangements with you; please don’t send anything without contacting us first.

Questions about selling online
Considering different ways to sell? Compare selling to a dealer, privately or at auction.
Do I need to test every camera?
No. If you don’t know whether something works, just tell us. Details of known faults or previous repairs are helpful, but you don’t need to carry out technical tests before getting in touch.
How many photos do you need?
A few clear photos are often enough to start with. For larger collections, photograph the equipment in manageable groups. We’ll ask for specific close-ups if needed.
When will I be paid?
We’ll agree on the payment method and timing before you send or hand over your equipment. The arrangements are specific to your sale.
